Freshly ground pork mince, expertly prepared on-site by our butchers using ethically-sourced meat. We source whole, pasture-raised pigs from ethical farmers, including Tallabung Pork, a boutique producer in the Lachlan Valley region of NSW. Tallabung specialises in rare black-haired breeds that roam freely on open pastures, resulting in rich, sweet-flavoured meat. All of the pork we source is pasture-raised and free from antibiotics and hormones.
