The Tuscan Florentine steak (also known as ‘Bistecca Fiorentina’) is a striking Italian-style T-bone, cut extra thick to showcase a beautifully pink center. With the fillet on one side and the sirloin on the other, it offers a delightful contrast of tender and flavourful textures. We source whole bodies of grass-fed beef from ethical producers near the NSW-Victoria border. Our grass-fed, grass-finished beef is primarily black or red Angus, raised on chemical-free farms without antibiotics or hormones.
