Our flavourful beef roast can be oven-roasted whole or sliced into individual steaks for grilling on the BBQ. For a comforting, classic meal, slow-roast the beef, slice it thin, and serve with roasted vegetables and gravy. We source whole bodies of grass-fed beef from ethical producers near the NSW-Victoria border. Our grass-fed, grass-finished beef is primarily black or red Angus, raised on chemical-free farms without antibiotics or hormones.
