A favourite among prime cuts, the bone-in sirloin steak (also known as ‘club steak’) is lean yet tender, offering a rich, beefy flavour and a satisfying, juicy chew. Best cooked simply over hot coals, grilled on a BBQ, or quickly seared in a hot pan. We source whole bodies of grass-fed beef from ethical producers near the NSW-Victoria border. Our grass-fed, grass-finished beef is primarily black or red Angus, raised on chemical-free farms without antibiotics or hormones.
