A classic BBQ or pan-seared favourite, the pork loin chop is tender and flavourful, with the small T-shaped bone in the center adding extra juiciness and taste. We source whole, pasture-raised pigs from a range of ethical farmers, including Tallabung Pork, a boutique producer based in the Lachlan Valley region of NSW. Tallabung specialises in rare black-haired breeds that roam freely on open pastures, resulting in rich meat with a naturally sweet flavor. All of our pork is pasture-raised, antibiotic-free, and hormone-free.
