Our lean diced pork is versatile and delicious, perfect for everything from stir-fries to curries, or skewered and grilled on a hot BBQ. We source whole, pasture-raised pigs from ethical farmers, including Tallabung Pork, a boutique producer from the Lachlan Valley region of NSW. Tallabung specialises in rare black-haired breeds that roam freely on open pastures, resulting in rich, flavorful meat with a naturally sweet taste. All of our pork is pasture-raised, antibiotic-free, and hormone-free.
