Tender lamb steaks rubbed with our house-made Moroccan-style seasoning. Zesty, spicy and with slight hint of heat, these are ideal for the BBQ. We source whole lambs from a variety of ethical producers in NSW and Victoria, with the majority coming from Gippsland, a hilly region of Victoria that’s known for its fertile pastures. The lamb we source is grassfed and finished and clearly marked with the name of the producer and the breed.
