DESCRIPTION
Wrapped and tied for easy carving and quick cooking, and with the belly providing a layer of flavour-imparting fat, our boneless lamb loin roast is tidy and tasty. Can also be sliced into noisettes, for an elegant dinner party option. We source whole lambs from a variety of ethical producers in NSW and Victoria, with the majority coming from Gippsland, a hilly region of Victoria that’s known for its fertile pastures. The lamb we source is grassfed and finished and clearly marked with the name of the producer and the breed.
