Lamb forequarter grilling chops are flavourful and versatile, ideal for the BBQ or for slow-cooked stews, curries, and roasts. We source whole lambs from ethical producers in NSW and Victoria, with most coming from Gippsland, a fertile, hilly region in Victoria. Our lamb is grass-fed and finished, and each cut is clearly labeled with the producer's name and breed.
