Chump chops are a BBQ classic, offering juicy, flavourful meat from the bone. While perfect for quick cooking, they also shine in a hearty lamb chop casserole. We source whole lambs from a variety of ethical producers across NSW and Victoria, with most coming from Gippsland, a region in Victoria known for its rich, fertile pastures. The lamb we provide is grass-fed and finished, with each cut clearly labeled with the producer's name and breed.
