Our diced lamb is both versatile and flavourful, perfect for everything from stir-fries and curries to skewering and grilling on a hot BBQ. We source whole lambs from a range of ethical producers in NSW and Victoria, with most coming from Gippsland, a region in Victoria famous for its fertile, hilly pastures. The lamb we offer is grass-fed and finished, and each cut is clearly labeled with the producer's name and the breed.
