Our diced lamb is versatile and tasty, to be used in anything from stir-fries to curries, or skewered and popped on a hot BBQ.
We source whole lambs from a variety of ethical producers in NSW and Victoria, with the majority coming from Gippsland, a hilly region of Victoria that’s known for its fertile pastures.
The lamb we source is grassfed and finished and clearly marked with the name of the producer and the breed.
