A small lamb roast that’s big on flavour. With a generous layer of fat, the rump flows with juices whichever way it’s cooked. Can be roasted in the oven or a covered BBQ, or grilled with direct heat and served medium rare.
We source whole lambs from a variety of ethical producers in NSW and Victoria, with the majority coming from Gippsland, a hilly region of Victoria that’s known for its fertile pastures.
The lamb we source is grassfed and finished and clearly marked with the name of the producer and the breed.
