Teeming with lamby flavour, our boned and rolled shoulder roast is seriously succulent. Wrapped and tied for easy carving and seasoned to perfection, this tidy cut is ready to roast.
We source whole lambs from a variety of ethical producers in NSW and Victoria, with the majority coming from Gippsland, a hilly region of Victoria that’s known for its fertile pastures.
The lamb we source is grassfed and finished and clearly marked with the name of the producer and the breed.
