Description
Lamb loin chops are a versatile on-the-bone cut that’s lean on the inside with a lovely outer layer of fat. They’re tasty when grilled or pan-seared, resulting in a beautifully golden and caramelised chop.
We source whole lambs from a variety of ethical producers in NSW and Victoria, with the majority coming from Gippsland, a hilly region of Victoria that’s known for its fertile pastures.
The lamb we source is grassfed and finished and clearly marked with the name of the producer and the breed.
