Arguably the most desirable cut of lamb, the cutlet is naturally tasty, juicy and tender. Best cooked at high temperature on the BBQ, over coals or in a hot pan.
We source whole lambs from a variety of ethical producers in NSW and Victoria, with the majority coming from Gippsland, a hilly region of Victoria that’s known for its fertile pastures.
The lamb we source is grassfed and finished and clearly marked with the name of the producer and the breed.
