Chump chops are a BBQ favourite. With plenty of juicy flavour from the bone, they are suited to quick cooking, but they can also steal the show in a hearty lamb chop casserole.
We source whole lambs from a variety of ethical producers in NSW and Victoria, with the majority coming from Gippsland, a hilly region of Victoria that’s known for its fertile pastures.
The lamb we source is grassfed and finished and clearly marked with the name of the producer and the breed.
