The rack of lamb is incredibly delicious and tender, and perfect when roasted and served medium rare. Our cutlet racks are French-trimmed, giving them a clean, elegant look that’s perfect for entertaining guests.
We source whole lambs from a variety of ethical producers in NSW and Victoria, with the majority coming from Gippsland, a hilly region of Victoria that’s known for its fertile pastures.
The lamb we source is grassfed and finished and clearly marked with the name of the producer and the breed.
