Our customer Tim sent us this pic of a hanger steak we cut for him. Looks pretty good, eh? The hanger is another cut that’s gained popularity in recent times. Full of beefy flavour! You may have tried it if you’ve been to France, as it’s quite often used in ‘steak frites’. It’s called ‘hanger’ or ‘hanging’ steak because it hangs off the cow’s diaphragm.
