We’ve done more than our fair share of sausage styles over the years but one of the mainstays in our display cabinet is our continental sausage. It’s made from a mix of lamb and beef, with plenty of garlic, paprika and some other spices – and it’s one of the tastiest snags we’ve ever made. Earlier this year it was awarded a Bronze Medal in the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show’s ‘gourmet sausage’ category.
