Another hardworking member of the @dulwichhillgourmetmeats family, Gaby. He’s a character, we’ll give him that! He has been with us for many years, a real stalwart and a great butcher who is very popular with many of our customers. Gabrielito is enjoying a ‘staycation’ in Sydney at the moment. The boys! Our hardworking staff members are on an extended break until we re-open the shop on 18th January. We’re very proud of these three gents. Our boy Necta (left) is the loveable larrikin who’s become a talented butcher and a great dad, Ryan is our apprentice who is showing a lot of promise as an up-and-coming butcher, and Anthony (right) has proven he can break down a beef carcass with precision (sorry I lost the video, Anthony!).
