Goat loin chops are one of the most tender cuts of the animal, with a mild flavour that makes them well-suited to marinades. Coat them in olive oil and salt and pop them on the BBQ over hot glowing coals, for a slight hint of smokiness. Or, pan-fried with butter, garlic and rosemary, for a deliciously tender and flavourful dinner.
