Sopressa salami, made in Australia using traditional Italian methods. This hand-made salami is made with a range of old-style southern Italian recipes — plain, fennel, mild, hot and chilli — and dry-cured in an ageing room to create a consistent, flavourful product.
We source our salami from Papandrea Fine Foods, an artisan producer in Sydney’s west which specialises in top-notch smallgoods made locally using quality Aussie produce.
