A favourite with our customers, our house-smoked trout is as versatile as it is tasty. Slightly firmer and less fatty than salmon, this smoked trout has a mild flavour, making it a great all-rounder.
Pop in on a grazing plate, on some crackers or with crusty bread, or whip up a quick-but-fancy pasta dish by combining the trout with rocket, chilli and lemon and angel hair spaghetti.
