Chicken thigh fillets are the darlings of the foodie scene. Super juicy and flavourful, they can be cooked by a range of methods: marinate them and stick them on the BBQ, cube them and throw them in a stir-fry, or serve them in a delicious and decadent sauce.
We source our free-range chicken from a range of ethical suppliers, including Bannockburn in Gippsland, Victoria.
All of the chicken we source is pasture-raised and antibiotic and hormone-free.
