One of our @dulwichhillgourmetmeats family members had dinner at @biotadining in Bowral on Tuesday night. A creative menu that showcases the produce of the region. This beef dish was one of the mains in the 5-course degustation. Another was the creamed egg and spanner crab with persimmon jam, burnt butter and sage, which had so many layers of flavour.
