Last nights dinner, home-made tonkotsu ramen. A 72-hour procedure developed the creamy and rich pork bone soup broth. The slow cooked Chashu pork and bones for the broth are sourced from our small pig farmer in Forbes. The seasoned eggs from @idlewildefarmelands .
