Our Northern Greek loukaniko has become our signature smoked pork sausage. It’s based on an old family recipe that’s been slightly tweaked to further balance the flavours. We were pretty excited when it won a Gold Medal in the smallgoods category of the Australian Food Awards 2017. Our delicious smoked salmon! Another award-winning product from our range, it recently won a Silver Medal in the smoked seafoods category of the Australian Food Awards 2017. Our award-winning smoked ham! We knew we’d got it right when customers from the other end of Sydney told us they travel all the way to Dulwich Hill just for our ham! It was recently awarded a Silver Medal at the Australian Fine Food Awards. Made from Tallabung and Crack Willow pork, this is the product of some hard work from George in “The Engine Room” out the back of our shop.
