Mechoui lamb shoulder, cooked by our customer Andy! This is a lovely dish found in Moroccan and Tunisian cuisine. The lamb is roasted very slowly until the meat is tender enough to pull off the bone. Soooo delicious. Thanks for posting, Andy!
