At Dulwich Hill Gourmet Meats we put smiles on the faces of our customers by sharing our true passion for great food. Our pursuit of high-quality meats begins at the farm, where we build strong relationships with producers who share our values of ethical, sustainable and organic produce.

We are strong advocates for the dying art of nose-to-tail butchery, with skills passed down through four generations of artisan butchers. As well as our range of grass fed, organic and free range meats, we stock our own specialty handmade charcuterie and a selection of premium wholefood pantry items. Find us in the heart of Dulwich Hill at 483 Marrickville Rd.

One of our @dulwichhillgourmetmeats family members had dinner at @biotadining in Bowral on Tuesday night. A creative menu that showcases the produce of the region. This beef dish was one of the mains in the 5-course degustation. Another was the creamed egg and spanner crab with persimmon jam, burnt butter and sage, which had so many layers of flavour. Our long-time customer and friend Ray Khoury sent us this pic we thought we'd share. Here is Ray's description: "This is the smoked and slow cooked pork belly I bought off you on Saturday. The meat is unbelievably tender and juicy ... I put a basic salt, pepper and paprika rub on it and smoked and slow cooked it in the GMG smoker for 8 hours at 95c to 105c degrees.
