Our award-winning smoked ham

Our award-winning smoked ham! We knew we’d got it right when customers from the other end of Sydney told us they travel all the way to Dulwich Hill just for our ham! It was recently awarded a Silver Medal at the Australian Fine Food Awards. Made from Tallabung and Crack Willow pork, this is the product of some hard work from George in “The Engine Room” out the back of our shop.
